Caitlin Howe

Caitlin Howe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caitlin is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at The RealReal since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Sportsman's Warehouse from 2019 to 2021.

From 2017 to 2019, Caitlin held the position of Senior Director of Finance and Sales (Divisional CFO) for the TravisMathew Brand at Callaway Golf. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Callaway Golf from 2015 to 2017.

In their early career, Caitlin gained experience in finance and strategy. Caitlin worked as the Manager of FP&A at Unifrax in 2015 and also served as an Analyst in Business Development and Strategy from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they had a summer associate role at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP in 2010.

Caitlin started their career as an intern at the United States Attorneys' Offices in 2009. Prior to that, they worked in inside sales at Paychex from 2007 to 2008. Caitlin also has experience in coaching, having worked as an Assistant College Basketball Coach at Odessa College from 2005 to 2006.

Caitlin Howe completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Duke University. Caitlin then pursued a JD/MBA at the University at Buffalo. In February 2013, they obtained certification as a New York State Attorney from the New York State Board of Law Examiners.
