Jennifer Eve Grossman

Jennifer Eve Grossman is an experienced executive business partner currently serving at The RealReal since June 2022, supporting the CEO, President/COO, CFO, and GTM leaders of the leading sustainable luxury fashion marketplace. Prior experience includes Chief of Staff to the CEO/Founder at Izundo Solutions, where responsibilities involved developing data-intensive websites and applications. Additionally, Grossman has worked as an independent learning and development consultant for over a decade, specializing in training programs across various industries, and held roles in training management and leadership development at organizations such as dkb Fitness, Hall Kinion, and Providian Financial Corporation. Grossman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Bryn Mawr College and pursued further education in Learning and Development at the University of California, Berkeley.
