Kim Rila

Kim Rila, CDR, CTR, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at The RealReal since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions in talent acquisition and management at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America from February 2017 to 2022, and managed operations at SEPHORA from September 2014 to February 2017.
