Michael Criswell

Michael Criswell is a seasoned Salesforce engineer with extensive experience in software development and implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Engineer at The RealReal, Michael previously held roles as a Salesforce Developer at ExtraHop and Ladd Partners, where customization and implementation of FinancialForce products were successfully executed. Earlier career highlights include leading the Nonprofit Success Pack implementation at Bellingham SeaFeast and developing integration solutions at UC San Diego's Rady School of Management. With a strong foundation in full-stack development gained through positions at Solomon Exam Prep and JW Floor Covering, Michael has also led projects in construction management with Hazard Construction Co. and served in the United States Air Force, overseeing security operations. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from National University.
