Phil Louridas

Phil Louridas is currently the SVP, People Strategy & Systems at The RealReal. Prior to this role, Phil was the Head of Total Rewards at The RealReal from May 2019 to October 2020. Before joining The RealReal, Phil spent over 10 years at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., first as a Compensation Analyst from November 2008 to October 2010, then as Manager, Compensation from October 2010 to April 2013, Director Benefits from April 2013 to December 2014, and Vice President, Total Rewards from December 2014 to May 2019. Prior to Williams-Sonoma, Phil worked as a Staff Accountant at Zany Brainy from January 2007 to January 2008 and as an Accounting Co-Op at Zany Brainy from January 2000 to January 2002.
