Rebecca Strong is a seasoned professional in operations and team leadership within the luxury fashion and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Merchandising Operations (Authentication) at The RealReal since March 2023, Rebecca oversees a diverse team responsible for the rigorous authentication of luxury goods. Previously, Rebecca held significant roles at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, including Director of Operations for the USA, managing extensive operational activities and a large team, and Global Head of Quality & Innovation, focusing on enhancing distribution efficiency. Additionally, experience includes championing continuous improvements at NET-A-PORTER GROUP LTD and co-founding Visionary Soap Company Limited, where Rebecca played a crucial role in the company's growth.
