Alecia Bass, MNM, serves as a Property Manager at The Realty Factor since November 2012, overseeing home renovations while ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and tenant eligibility requirements. As a Professional Makeup Artist and Licensed Manicurist, Alecia has operated Alecia Renee Hair and Makeup Artistry since April 2003, applying effective marketing techniques to grow the business. Prior experience includes roles as Office Manager and Volunteer NPO Consultant at CRB Entertainment and as a Volunteer NPO Efficiency Consultant at Clarence Collins Recreation Facility, where Alecia developed human resources protocols and conducted community needs analysis. Earlier work at The Grove Counseling Center involved supporting at-risk adolescents in a behavioral management capacity. Alecia holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida International University.
