Nicki Wilson

Nicki Wilson has extensive experience in quality and compliance management, currently serving as Head of Quality & Compliance at The Recruitment Co. since January 2019, after holding the role of Quality and Implementation Manager. Prior to this, Nicki spent 18 years with The Adecco Group, advancing from Perms Consultant to Senior Business Quality Manager. Key responsibilities included providing support to business units, ensuring compliance through effective monitoring, conducting internal investigations, and maintaining ISO 9001:2008 standards. Nicki's educational background includes studies at Liverpool College of Art from 1998 to 2000 and Weatherhead High School from 1991 to 1998.
