Simon Moss

Simon Moss is the COO of TRC Group, overseeing marketing, IT, and systems across a portfolio of four specialized companies, including The Recruitment Company, The Outsourced Recruitment Company, The Services Company, and My Recruitment Toolkit. In addition to this role, Simon serves as the Managing Director of The Services Company, which is recognized as NSW Government's premier IT services provider. As Director of The Outsourced Recruitment Company, Simon contributes to the RPO and recruitment outsourcing sector. With a rich background in recruitment, including previous positions at Gap IT Recruitment and L&G Associates, Simon holds an MBA from the University of New England and a BA (Hons) from the University of Liverpool. Recently, Simon also held a directorial position at The PMX Company, specializing in project management transformation.
