Kerry Bell-Saunders

Kerry Bell-Saunders serves as the Contracts and Programmes Manager at The Recruitment Junction, a non-profit recruitment agency focused on placing individuals with prior convictions into meaningful employment since June 2021. Prior to this, Kerry accumulated extensive experience at Serco from December 2013 to June 2021 in various roles including Continual Development Manager, Trainer & Assessor, and Training Support Advisor, overseeing training and quality at the ESFA National Contact Centre. Kerry's earlier career spans customer service and training as a Call Centre Agent and Team Manager, complemented by educational achievements including a Master's Degree in Cultural Heritage Management from Northumbria University and multiple certifications in career guidance and training development.
