Teodor Antonio Georgiev has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Teodor Antonio currently holds the position of Chief Communications Officer (CCO) & Head of Storytelling Studio at The Recursive since March 2023. Prior to this, they founded their own company, Ритнитопъ, and served as its CEO since March 2021. Teodor also worked as a Managing Director at TAGline Consulting Ltd. starting from March 2018. Teodor Antonio'sexpertise in digital marketing was demonstrated during their role as a Digital Marketing Specialist at SP United Vertriebs GmbH from February 2022 to December 2022. Teodor has also gained experience in internal communications through their positions as an Internal Communications Coordinator and an Internal Communications Assistant at Opel from November 2019 to January 2022 and from April 2019 to November 2019, respectively. In the early stages of their career, they worked as a Public Relations Assistant at Porter Novelli, an Advertising & PR Assistant at Ogilvy & Mather, an Event Coordinator at BEMOVA GmbH, a PR/Communications Assistant at Investor Media Group, and a News Editor and Reporter at Bulgarian National Radio.

Teodor Antonio Georgiev has a diverse education history with a strong focus in Communication Science. Teodor Antonio obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2019. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the same university.

In 2022, Teodor completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication Science from the University of Vienna. Additionally, they engaged in the field of Computer Software Engineering, studying at the Software University (SoftUni) from 2020 to 2021. However, no specific degree was obtained during this time.

Alongside their formal education, Teodor Antonio Georgiev has acquired various certifications. In 2019, they obtained the "Advanced Google Analytics" certification from Google. Additionally, they completed a "Digital Business Fundamentals" certification through SoftUni Digital in 2020. In 2018, Teodor participated in Samuel L. Jackson's acting class through MasterClass and received a certificate of participation. Furthermore, they received a "Certificate of achievement" for participating in the LMU Hackathon 2017 organized by the LMU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center. In 2017, Teodor acquired a "Certificate for Online Marketing" from Google through The Digital Garage certification program. Lastly, in 2014, they received a "Certificate for successful participation as a young delegate" in the European Student Parliament (EUSP) from the Robert Bosch Stiftung.
