Ahmed Tarek

Ahmed Tarek, MSc, PMP®️, is a seasoned professional in project planning and controls with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Planning Engineer at Red Sea Global since October 2022, Ahmed is involved in the Desert Rock Resort project. Previously, as a Project Controls Lead at AECOM, Ahmed managed project schedules and extension of time claims for the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority's Enterprise Project Management Office. Ahmed's earlier roles included Senior Project Controls Engineer at Saudi Binladin Group, focusing on project scheduling and cost management, and Senior Project Engineer at Engineering Consultant Union, where Ahmed led a team in project coordination and reporting. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University and a Master of Science in Construction and Building Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
