Carlo Diaco

Carlo Diaco is an experienced professional in civil and structural engineering, currently serving as Executive Director at Red Sea Global since March 2019, with previous roles including Senior Civil and Structural Engineering Director and Structural Engineering Director. Prior to this, Carlo held the position of Vice President at Thornton Tomasetti from March 2018 to March 2019. Carlo’s extensive career includes significant contributions as Design Director and Associate Director at AKT II from September 2006 to February 2018 and as Associate Structural Engineer during a secondment at ECOU. Earlier roles encompass senior positions at General Planning from March 2002 to August 2006, and a logistic-process engineer role at General Electric Oil & Gas in late 2001. Carlo holds a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Università di Pisa and completed secondary education at Liceo Scientifico from 1985 to 1990.
