Louay Homsi

Louay Homsi, MAI, MRICS, serves as the Feasibility and Investment Director at Red Sea Global. With a strong background in finance and investment, Louay previously held several key positions at Emaar, The Economic City, including Director of Feasibilities and Investment, and Associate Director in various capacities such as Head of Finance and Asset Management. Additional experience includes serving as Real Estate Investment Manager at MASIC and holding roles at PwC as Deals Manager for Real Estate and Assistant Manager for Capital Projects and Infrastructure. Louay began a career in site acquisition as an Analyst at AT&T. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University and further studies at New York University.
