Matthew Sulhoff

Matthew Sulhoff has extensive experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO) industry, currently serving as the Associate Director of Building Information Modeling at Red Sea Global since August 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Director of Business Development at Inertia Systems, where significant contributions were made in shaping sales and product development. Matthew also held leadership positions at Invicara as Director of Digital Delivery Consulting, where a comprehensive infrastructure for digital twins was established, and at ASSEMBLE Systems as Director of Implementation, overseeing software integration processes. Previous roles include Senior Software Development Manager at ENGworks and Application Specialist at Greenleaf 3D, as well as founding Incipio Technologies, Inc., where Matthew managed global services for the industry. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology.
