Sean Laughlin

Sean Laughlin is a seasoned professional in environmental conservation and education, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Conservation at Red Sea Global since September 2025, leading a team in providing guests with insights into Saudi Arabian ecology and culture. Prior experience includes roles as a Naturalist at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, overseeing environmental initiatives, and as a Cargo Specialist with PAE, managing cargo operations in challenging conditions. Sean has held various educational positions, including Environmental Educator roles with organizations such as Trackers Earth and Nature's Classroom Institute, where innovative curriculum and hands-on learning experiences were developed for students. Sean also gained field experience as a Lead Herpetologist with Operation Wallacea, supervising data collection and teaching students about herpetofauna. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Eckerd College, completed in 2016.
