Marta Wasiak

Marta Wasiak has extensive experience in the field of psychiatric services. Marta is currently serving as the Medical Director at The Refuge, A Healing Place since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services at The Vines Hospital, Ocala from January 2015 to December 2022. Marta also worked as the Medical Director at Mending Fences from November 2015 to February 2017 and as the Medical Director at The Vines Hospital from December 2015 to August 2016. Before these roles, they worked as an Attending Physician at VA Clinic from June 2013 to December 2015.

From 1998 to 2002, Marta Wasiak studied at the University of Florida. During their time there, they pursued a residency and fellowship in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, focusing on the field of study.
