As Vice President of Client Services, Joel Janov leads The Regis Company’s client services division bringing his experience in organizational development, leadership development, and operations leadership to bear on the design and delivery of leading-edge learning and development programs for clients around the globe. Joel has been instrumental in driving client success at organizations such as Abbott Laboratories, BNSF Railway, Novartis, Intel, Ernst & Young, UPS, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and the U.S. Air Force. Joel has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in human resources development with a focus on organizational performance and change management. He is also a certified executive coach.
