Donna L. Richemond

Donna L. Richemond currently serves as the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for Montgomery County, PA, since September 2021. With a robust background as an independent consultant, coach, and trainer since July 2001, Donna specializes in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as leadership development and strategic planning within higher education. Previous roles include interim executive positions at several institutions, such as the Community College of Philadelphia and Edinboro University, and a decade spent at North Shore Community College in various leadership capacities, where Donna initiated the CommUniverCity at Lynn educational program. Academic credentials include a Master's in Human Development and a Master's in Counseling Psychology, with ongoing doctoral studies in Organizational Development and Change at Fielding Graduate University.
