Shawn Enterline

Shawn Enterline is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, power resources management, and energy consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at the Regulatory Assistance Project since May 2023, Enterline previously held positions as Manager of Power Resources and Senior Power Analyst at Vermont Public Power Supply Authority from October 2018 to April 2023. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Dunsky Energy Consulting and Director of Regulatory Affairs at Green Mountain Power, where Enterline successfully managed the company's first post-merger Integrated Resource Plan (IRP). Earlier experience encompasses key roles at Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, Burlington Electric Department, PG&E Gas Transmission Northwest, and Unitil Service Corporation, collectively highlighting expertise in resource planning, energy efficiency, and power marketing.
