Tim Simard

Digital Communications Associate at The Regulatory Assistance Project

Tim Simard collaborates across RAP’s communications and global teams to plan, create and deliver engaging digital and social media content.

Mr. Simard is a writer, author and editor with more than 10 years’ experience in the communications and marketing fields.

Before joining RAP in 2019, he was a reporter and editor at Williston Publishing in Vermont and held communications and public relations roles with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont and Vermont College of Fine Arts. Mr. Simard has also worked as a freelance writer for publications throughout New England.

In 2010, he wrote “Haunted Hikes of Vermont,” a book filled with ghost stories and hiking recommendations for spooky locales throughout Vermont.

Mr. Simard is a graduate of Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, and holds a master’s in writing from the University of New Hampshire.
