Matthew Sheridan

Matthew Sheridan is an experienced plant and operations manager with a diverse background in various industries, including precast concrete, cross-laminated timber, waste management, and recycling. Currently serving as Plant Manager for The Reinforced Earth Company Australia since August 2019, Matthew also operates a consultancy, assisting businesses with growth strategies since March 2016. Previous roles include managing the first automated CLT plant in the southern hemisphere at XLam and overseeing national resource recovery and regional operations at Cleanaway Waste Management. With a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University and additional management qualifications, Matthew has demonstrated a consistent track record of operational improvement and successful project delivery across multiple sectors.
