Stephen Fancher

Stephen Fancher has extensive experience in executive roles, primarily focusing on operations and business management. Currently, they serve as the President and CEO, as well as a Board Member, at The Reinforced Earth Company. Stephen has a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, and project management. Previously, Stephen was the President - East at CRH, where they successfully achieved revenue growth and improved operational performance. Stephen also worked as the Vice President and General Manager at JELD-WEN, Inc., overseeing multiple manufacturing facilities and a distribution center. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - Managing Director International at CMI, where they established international operations in Europe and Asia. Stephen's career started at International Paper, where they served as the Managing Director - Asia, driving business growth and overseeing P&L responsibilities.

Stephen Fancher obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Stephen then pursued executive courses in Finance at Harvard Business School in 2006.
