Jonathan Torres

Jonathan Torres, CPA, currently serves as Regional Controller at Related Group, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the title of Director of Accounting at Affinity Management Services, LLC, from May 2020 to July 2021, and served as Senior Accounting Manager at Swire Properties from February 2019 to May 2020. Jonathan's experience also includes working as International Accounting Manager at The Related Group between August 2017 and February 2019, and as Sr. Accountant/Controller at WOW Restaurants Group from December 2010 to August 2017. Proficiencies include establishing and evaluating internal controls, cash management, account analysis, reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and financial statement consolidation, as well as overseeing various tax responsibilities and financial planning. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
