Lisa Ebert

Lisa Ebert has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Lisa began their career as an English Instructor at Shanghai University of Technology in 1988. Lisa then joined Xerox in 1991, where they held multiple positions including Human Resource Analyst, Training Specialist, Project Manager, Production Manager, and Operations Manager. In 2001, they joined The Reliable Companies as the Director of Operations and was later promoted to Director of Human Resources. In 2013, they joined Angeion Group as the Director of Human Resources, providing comprehensive HR support. Throughout their career, Lisa has been responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and processes, overseeing HR processes such as employee engagement, safety, compensation, and talent acquisition, and providing leadership and coaching to management staff for employee performance management.

Lisa Ebert holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development and Organizational Development from Rochester Institute of Technology, which they attained between 1990 and 1991. Lisa also possesses a Professional Human Resource Management Certificate from Villanova University, completed in 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Lisa has obtained various certifications including being a Certified Classical Pilates Instructor from Power Pilates since December 2017 and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute since January 2008.
