Will Shaw

Will Shaw has worked in various software engineering roles since 2005. In 2005, they were a Research Scientist at Texas A&M University, where they were the Project Lead for the Burning Risk Assessment Support System (BRASS). From 2012 to 2018, they worked at AgriLogic Insurance Services as a Technical Project Lead, where they were the architect, business analyst, lead developer, tester, and trainer for a web based claim management application. In 2018, they worked at AgriLogic Consulting, LLC as a Senior Policy Analyst. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at MyGrowersEdge as a Senior Software Engineer, where they provided agricultural financial products and profitability solutions through risk rating, behavioral modeling, market analysis, and validation of agricultural technology products. Since 2020, they have been working at The Remi Group (Remi) as a Director Of Software Development and Senior Software Engineer, where they are responsible for their crop insurance agency software, which allows users to aggregate all their clients, policies, and documents into a single platform, from any of the crop insurance companies seamlessly.

Will Shaw received a BS in Rangeland Ecology & Management from Texas A&M University in 2001, followed by an MS in Ecosystem Science & Mangement from the same university in 2004.
