Han Zhang

Han Zhang is an experienced asset management professional with a strong background in international real estate advisory and investment. Currently serving as Principal and Asset Manager at JSRH Investments since June 2017, Han Zhang collaborates with various third-party managers and oversees asset portfolios while collecting property data from multiple sources. As a Partner at The REMM International since October 2013, Han Zhang provides asset management advisory services to high net worth individuals from China. Han Zhang co-founded Sino USA Strategic Development Group in December 2012 and successfully closed 20 international transactions within the first six months, while also contributing to a major development project in Northern California. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Excel Strategy Advisors, assisting with business proposals and real estate consulting for foreign investors. Han Zhang holds an MBA in International Business from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central China Normal University, with additional studies at California State University, Fullerton.
