Marquis Palmer

Marquis Palmer is an experienced professional in social services and property management, currently serving as a Homeless Outreach Worker for the City of Riverside since March 2023. Previously, Marquis held the role of Property Manager at Beacon Property Management from 2015 to 2018 and worked as a Social Services Assistant for the Department of Veterans Affairs from December 2013 to July 2015, assisting homeless veterans in securing stable housing and connecting them to necessary resources. Marquis also served as a Homeless Outreach Specialist for the City of Riverside from January 2012 to December 2013 and as Supply Chief in the Marine Corps Reserve from November 2009 to September 2012. Educationally, Marquis attended Riverside City College from 2010 to 2012 and is currently a student at California Baptist University, pursuing a degree in Political Science and Government.
