Ilma Tiki

Co-founder and CEO at The Remote Company

Ilma Tiki started their career at SEB as an Account Manager and later became a Client Executive, where they worked with various clients and handled financial analysis and real estate leasing. Ilma then joined Nordea as a Senior Corporate Relationship Manager.

In 2008, Ilma founded their own company called Art Club (Menoklubas.lt), where they organized educational art events, international lectures, meetings with art market professionals, and art trips.

From 2008 to 2009, Ilma worked as a Manager at the art fair ARTVILNIUS'09, where they were responsible for marketing and the VIP program.

In 2013, they joined MailerLite as a CMO, overseeing email marketing services and focusing on email design and customer support. Ilma later became the Chief Operating Officer at MailerLite.

In 2019, Ilma became a Board Member at Aukok.lt, an organization focused on charity and fundraising.

In 2021, they founded MyZenTeam and served as the Founder and CEO, followed by becoming the Co-founder and CEO of The Remote Company in 2022. At The Remote Company, Ilma manages a team of 20 people working remotely from 10 different countries and is responsible for the online products MyZenTeam, Partnero, and Ycode.

Furthermore, Ilma is presently working as a Private Investor at Endeavor.

Ilma Tiki has a diverse education history. In 2022, they attended Columbia University, where they studied Behavioral Sciences. In 2019, they completed the altMBA program, focusing on Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, Ilma pursued a Master's degree in International Marketing at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University. Ilma had previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financial Audit and Accounting from the same university, from 2001 to 2005. Lastly, their education journey started at Versmes vidurine mokykla, where they completed their secondary education from 1989 to 2001.
