Lana Abdallah

Lana Abdallah has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. At Bunny Studio, Lana held multiple roles including EMEA Business Development, where they provided top-notch customer service, conducted discovery calls, and analyzed ticket data to improve customer service. Lana also served as a Production Manager, ensuring smooth project fulfillment for clients and effective communication with Bunny Pros. Most recently, Lana worked at The Remote Company as an IT Project Manager, where they showcased their skills in managing projects and ensuring customer success. Prior to that, they held positions as a Dedicated Account Manager and Customer Support Manager, further demonstrating their ability to effectively meet customer needs.

Lana Abdallah completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan from 2009 to 2013. Lana further pursued their education at the Blekinge Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship.
