Kevin Poland

Kevin Poland is the owner and co-founder of The Renaissance Group since September 1998. He also holds the title of President & Business Coach, overseeing daily operations and acquiring new clients for the company. Additionally, he served in various leadership roles at the Financial Planning Association of Tampa Bay from January 2002 to December 2007. Prior to starting The Renaissance Group, Kevin worked as an Industrial Engineer at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals. He holds a MSEM degree in Engineering Management with a focus on Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
