Courtney Gillen

Courtney Gillen is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Managing Director and ART & Third-Party Nurse Manager at The Reproductive Medicine Group since June 2019, where participation includes active roles on the Prelude Network’s Third-Party Steering Committee and Clinical Steering Committee. Prior to this, Courtney worked as a Third-Party Nurse Coordinator with the United States Air Force for a brief period in early 2019. From July 2016 to December 2018, Courtney was a Registered Nurse and Clinic Manager at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia, focusing on pediatric orthopedics. Courtney began the nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Rainbow Station, serving from October 2014 to June 2016. Academic credentials include an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing obtained from ECPI University between 2014 and 2016.
