Justin Baugh

Justin Baugh is an experienced production and inventory management professional currently serving as a Production Planner at The Republic of Tea since January 2017. In this role, Justin is recognized as a Minister of Planning, overseeing various aspects of production efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as an Inventory Control Analyst and R&D Product/Process Development Technician, where responsibilities involved maintaining the Research & Development Lab to enhance product quality. Justin's earlier work history includes positions as a Forklift Operator, General Production Worker at Magna International, and Department Manager at McDonald's Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed quality control, training, cost, and inventory management. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management & Applied Engineering at Southern Illinois University, Justin also holds an Associate of Arts degree from Kaskaskia College and has prior educational experience at McKendree University.
