Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at The Rescue Mission is responsible for steering the strategic direction, financial health, human resources, clinical services, donor relations, and philanthropy efforts of the organization. This team ensures that the Mission's four ministries operate effectively, providing restorative care and compassion to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Fort Wayne, Allen County, and its surrounding regions. Through collaborative governance, the Leadership Team prioritizes mission alignment, sustainable growth, and impactful community service.
