Kiman Wong

Kiman Wong is a Broadband Infrastructure Architect at The Research Corporation of the University of Hawai'i, where responsibilities include coordinating statewide broadband and critical infrastructure investments in Hawaii since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kiman served as the Director of Mobile Networks & Government Affairs at Spectrum Oceanic and held multiple leadership positions at Oceanic Time Warner Cable, including Director of Wireless, Home Phone, IntelligentHome and Government Relations, as well as General Manager of Digital Phone and Road Runner. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Time Warner Telecom and various engineering roles at GTE, culminating in the position of Section Manager - Transmission Systems. Kiman Wong earned an MBA in Decision Sciences and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
