Jeffrey Horowitz

Jeffrey Horowitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, policy advisory, and compliance within academic and governmental sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Management Analyst at The Research Foundation for SUNY since May 2015, Jeffrey provides strategic guidance on sponsored programs and compliance matters. In previous roles, Jeffrey has handled various agreements, ensured adherence to federal and state regulations, and supported institutional review boards. Additionally, Jeffrey has served as an adjunct professor, teaching Business Law, and held a position as an Education Specialist at the New York State Education Department, where management of education policy was a key responsibility. Jeffrey holds a Doctor of Law degree from Albany Law School and degrees in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and SUNY Schenectady County Community College.
