Sarang Patel

Sarang Patel is a Programmer Analyst at The Research Foundation for SUNY since January 2023, where a robust data management platform has been developed, focusing on tools for analyzing and visualizing census data. Key contributions include designing and implementing API routes for HTTPS request handling and precise input parsing. Previously, as a Software Developer Intern at AVAIL, Sarang conceptualized an intuitive data creation page and architected an interactive map page featuring API-sourced data for choropleth visualizations. Work experience also includes a role as a Software Developer at Peerbits from November 2020 to July 2022. Sarang Patel is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University at Albany, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Government Engineering College, Gandhinagar.
