Carolyn Coia

Carolyn Coia is a seasoned finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in project management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at Research Triangle Park since March 2016, Carolyn Coia has successfully managed significant projects such as Boxyard RTP, negotiated POA covenants, and conducted comprehensive leasing and financial modeling for over 500,000 square feet of office and laboratory space. Prior to this role, Carolyn Coia held various financial analyst positions at Care Services, LLC, and MasTec Network Solutions, where key contributions included constructing pro formas, supervising financial analyses, and enhancing budget models. Carolyn Coia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
