Thomas Dugan

Thomas Dugan has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Thomas currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Reserve Group since August 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, Dugan held various senior roles at TRICO Group, LLC, including Senior VP Finance, Purchasing and Sr VP Finance. Prior to their roles in manufacturing and distribution companies, Dugan worked as the VP Finance & Treasurer at Shiloh Industries from 1999 to 2018. Thomas also had a brief stint as the Director of Finance at Carter Lumber in 1999. Dugan started their career at EY, where they worked as a Senior Manager from 1987 to 1999.
