Emma Eddaly Cruz Leyva

Emma Eddaly Cruz Leyva is an experienced spa professional with a diverse background in management and supervision. Currently serving as Spa Manager at Banyan Tree Mayakoba since July 2022, Emma has also held the position of Spa Supervisor at The Resort at Pedregal since October 2018 and Spa Manager at Hotel Presidente Intercontinental Cancún since May 2018. Additional experience includes a role as Spa Supervisor with Hoteles Presidente Intercontinental since February 2016 and a position as Terapeuta de spa at Hoteles Presidente Intercontinental Cozumel Resort & Spa from May 2015 to February 2016. Emma holds a degree in Cosmetología y Cosmeatría Corporal from Centro Mexicano Universitario, completed from 2010 to 2014.
