Jay Schultz is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in engineering and facility management. Currently serving as Principal/Senior Consultant at Hospitality Facilities Consulting since November 2006, Jay also acts as Owner's Representative for the restoration of The Resort at Pedregal, recognized as the #1 Resort in Mexico by Travel and Leisure Magazine. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at La Cantera Hill Country Resort and Loews Miami Beach Hotel, and Area Director of Engineering for multiple luxury resorts. Jay possesses a strong background in project management, maintenance operations, budget management, and team leadership, underpinned by an Associate of Arts degree in Construction Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
