Early in his career, Kenneth worked as an Onsite Manager for The Resource’s largest manufacturing client. By utilizing the strengths of his 800-plus member team and implementing efficient processes, he helped the client foster exponential growth year after year. Over the course of his 30+ years of experience in the industry, he led The Resource to become the first staffing agency certified under the Carolina Star Program by the NC Department of Labor. Kenneth is a member of TempNet, American Staffing Association, and has been certified by the National Safety Council.
