Lisa Tillman

Lisa Tillman has over 20 years of work experience in various sales and recruiting roles. Lisa started their career in 1998 at KeyBank, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager for the southeast region. In this role, Lisa conducted training sessions, assisted clients with loan files, and ensured timely loan approvals. In 2002, they joined F.N.B. Corporation as a sales professional, where they provided solutions for builders and realtors on construction and permanent loans. Lisa also established relationships with realtors to offer loans for their clients. Since 2008, they have been working at The Resource Co. as a Direct Hire Recruiter/Sales Professional, sourcing, vetting, and placing candidates in various careers. Lisa also utilizes the CORE hiring tool to ensure the best fit between candidates and companies.

Lisa Tillman attended East Carolina University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a degree in Political Science. In terms of additional certifications, they received the OSHA 10 certification from OSHA in September 2018. In May 2019, they obtained the Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association, followed by the Certified Healthcare Staffing Professional certification from the same institution in May 2020. In September 2022, Lisa obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
