Colleen Head Batchelor

Colleen Head Batchelor serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Child and Family Services at The Resource Exchange, Inc., overseeing programs that assist infants, toddlers, and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as mental health challenges. In these roles, Colleen manages early intervention services, family support, and respite programs, leading a team of 59 staff members. Additionally, Colleen has served as an adjunct professor in the Early Childhood Special Education Master's Program at the University of Northern Colorado, focusing on parent and professional partnerships. Colleen holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Austin College.
