The Resource Foundation (TRF) is a U.S. public charity with nearly 40 years of experience connecting U.S. donors with a vast network of community-based nonprofit organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Our partner organizations have a deep understanding of their local cultural, political, and economic landscapes, ensuring that all contributions make a meaningful impact.

The support of our donors empower disadvantaged communities with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to transform their lives. With TRF’s deep regional expertise, we guarantee rigorous due diligence and transparent reporting from our partners on the ground, allowing donors to give with confidence.

By focusing on critical issues such as education, climate change, women’s empowerment, financial inclusion, disaster relief, and community resilience, TRF ensures that charitable contributions drive sustainable, community-led change.
