With a strong background in healthcare operations, William has demonstrated exceptional performance in customer service, particularly during the pandemic, and is committed to mentoring associates for career advancement. Previous experience at JCPenney involved training staff on key processes during the implementation of RFID technology and managing large teams during the start-up of new facilities. William holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, both from Western Governors University.
