The Response Group
Eileen Pardo Hernandez is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in software development and engineering, beginning with a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Havana obtained in 2004. Eileen's professional journey includes roles at The Response Group since March 2019, Innovative Solutions from February 2016 to February 2017, and Software Decisions Inc. from July 2013 to January 2016, where responsibilities included requirements elicitation, analysis, design, and implementation of software. Previous positions also include software development roles at Eccolab Group, Mugjooz, Grupo Excelencias, and the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television, as well as a tenure as a college professor at the University of Computer Sciences from September 2004 to January 2010.
