Anastasia M. has extensive experience in project management and operations within the insurance industry, currently serving as the Manager of Project Management for The Responsive Auto Insurance Company since December 2012. In this role, Anastasia has developed training materials and methodologies to enhance team performance. Previous positions included IT Project Manager, Business Analyst/QA Team Lead, and Underwriter at the same company. Prior to this, Anastasia worked at Allstate as a Processor, where responsibilities included managing and processing over 10,000 Florida-based diminished value claims and optimizing claim closure rates through effective tracking systems. Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida International University.
