Tim Petrillo is the CEO and Founder of The Restaurant People, a premier hospitality group in Fort Lauderdale, established in 1997. Under Tim's leadership, the company has developed, managed, and operated over 70 restaurants, shaping the culinary landscape of South Florida through innovative dining and nightlife experiences. Additionally, Tim serves as the CEO and Founder of Urban Street Development, a full-service development firm that self-performs all aspects of real estate development, including acquisition, design/build construction, leasing, sales, and property management. Tim holds a degree from Florida International University, where studies were completed from 1990 to 1994.
