Lizette Carretero

Lizette Carretero has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Lizette is currently a Board Member at Reclaiming Chicago NFP, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The Resurrection Project, where they held various roles including Director of Financial Wellness from May 2021 and Manager of Financial Wellness from November 2016 to May 2021. Lizette also served as a Foreclosure Prevention Counselor from October 2012 to November 2016 at the same organization. Lizette began their career at Lakeside Community Development Corporation as a Housing Specialist in May 2012 and then moved on to work as a Housing Counselor at Spanish Coalition for Housing from February 2010 to May 2012.

Lizette Carretero obtained an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Harold Washington Community College between the years 2006 and 2008.
